Tell Me Something True is a poetry book that through vivid imagery captures the emotional landscape connected to truths about love, freedom, death and war.

A beautiful collection of 35 original poems paired with images of Northern California’s natural beauty, connecting the reader with the emotional landscape that’s part of the human experience.

Rebecca Elegant explores truths about love, freedom, death and war in her second book of poetry titled Tell Me Something True. Through honest storytelling and vivid imagery, these poems offer compelling emotional landscapes that tug at the heartstrings of what it means to be human. Rebecca is a creative writing and journalism teacher living in Marin with her husband, three children and her dog Louie.
