Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your registration, Book Passage will retain a cancellation fee of 15% of the total tuition. Students who cancel less than two business days before the class start date will not receive a refund, so please let us know as soon as possible if you must withdraw. If a student withdraws at least two business days before the class start date, the student can receive a store credit for the full price of the class or a refund for the total tuition less the 15% cancellation fee. Occasionally we must cancel a class, in which case registered students receive a full refund.
