Cancellation policy:
Book Passage is delighted to host you for classes! Please review the following policies regarding registration and cancellation.
* Partial/prorated registration/cancellation: We do not offer partial fees or partial refunds for any classes. All classes are paid in full, regardless of attendance.
* Withdrawing at least 30 days before the class start date: student can receive a store credit or refund for the full price of the class.
* Withdrawing 29 or fewer days before the class start date: student can receive a store credit for the full price of the class or a refund for the total tuition less a 15% cancellation fee.
* Students who cancel less than 2 business days before the class start date will not receive a refund, so please let us know as soon as possible if you must withdraw.
* Occasionally we must cancel a class, in which case all registered students will receive a full refund.
