Betsy Graziani Fasbinder For a long time, when she was asked, “So, what do you do?” Betsy Graziani Fasbinder froze, trying to find the succinct answer. Should she say: A licensed therapist for more than thirty years? Thrice-published memoirist, novelist, and how-to author? Ghostwriter? Writing coach? Teacher and public speaking coach? Speech writer? Political activist? Podcast host? Not one of those titles works alone. But the through-line that connects the constellation of work in her varied career is this: Betsy loves telling, and helping others to tell their lived and imagined stories with clarity and courage. She believes that storytelling is among our most uniquely human qualities, and in telling them that we connect most deeply to one another. She is the author Fire & Water, Filling Her Shoes, and From Page to Stage, and is now entering her fourth year as host of The Morning Glory Project: Stories of Determination.
