Author Katya Cengel will discuss her book, Exiled: From the Killing Fields of Cambodia to California and Back. This hotly-anticipated non-fiction book follows four Cambodian American families as they confront criminal deportation forty years after their resettlement as refugees in the United States. Cengel will be joined by Ny Nourn and Anoop Prasad, both with the Immigrant Rights Program at Asian Law Caucus is a timely discussion on the plight of immigrants coming to the United States from Cambodia and from around the world.
