Leading the world’s organizations—businesses, governments, nonprofits—has never been more complex as it is today.

The movement to create an inclusive workplace and world, and to restore and regenerate the earth is one of the most complex issues of our time. Being a force for good and diversity, equity, justice, and inclusion are not separate, they are one and the same. What supports this kind of conscious and inclusive leadership?

Each individual must commit to cultivating the qualities of consciousness on the inside so they can show up on the outside to foster greater psychological safety, trust, transparency, and social and environmental accountability.

In this panel, learn from purpose driven conscious and inclusive leaders who are supporting businesses to do no harm and benefit all. Learn how you too can uplevel your inner game and bridge the divide to create effective discourse—and solutions.
