In this conversational Hebrew course we will develop basic speaking skills through dialogues and vocabulary. Throughout the course students will develop fluency and accuracy in speaking, communicating and interacting at a beginner Hebrew level.

By the end of this course students will gain knowledge in the following areas:

  • Develop solid conversational skills
  • Expand their vocabulary
  • Improve overall comprehension in speaking and listening skills
  • Develop fluency and accuracy in all areas.

Class open to all ages.

Tikva Farber is a recipient of The 2016 Helen Diller Award for Excellence in Jewish Education (San Francisco-Bay Area and Sonoma County). She is a Hebrew and Judaic Studies teacher with over 30 years experience teaching adults, teens, and children of all ages. Tikva taught Hebrew immersion intensives in Israel at the ulpan of Kibbutz Sdot Yam, Hebrew and Judaic Studies at the Hebrew Academy of San Francisco, Brandeis Hillel Day Schools and Congregation Kol Shofar. She is a published poetry writer in Memories of Tomorrow. Tikva grew up in Israel and lived most of her life in Marin County, California where she raised her four children.
