Welcome Patricia Wells and her newest cookbook Salad as a Meal: Healthy Main Dish Salads for Every Season. Wells says we can enjoy a whole world in a salad with tender greens, savory meat, vegetable accompaniments, versatile dressings, and yummy sides like homemade breads or home-cured olives. She include appetizers and sides, soup sides, vegetarian salads, fish and shellfish salads, poultry salads, meat salads, and more. Wells is the author The Food Lover’s Guide to France and The Food Lover’s Guide to Paris. She was global restaurant critic for the International Herald Tribune for 25 years. The ticket price includes the meal, wine, coffee, tax, tip & a signed copy of the author’s book.
