Nigellissima combines rich Italian culinary tradition with 120 recipes with the distinct twists and insights that she learned when she lived in Italy as a young girl. She is the author of eight cookbooks including Nigella Kitchen, Nigella Fresh, and Nigella Bites. She is a TV host on the Food Network, and in 2013, she’s launching a new series with Anthony Boudain, Ludo Lefebvre and Brain Malarkey. The menu will be paired with the wonderful wines from Trione Winery.
