This impressive collection will be published in celebration of Jacques' 80th birthday and the airing of his final KQED show on PBS  entitled Jacques Pépin: Heart and Soul. Jacqués is one of the world's most well known cooking teachers, author of 25 cookbooks, the star in 13 acclaimed cooking television shows, winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the James Beard Foundation, and recipient of the Legion of Honor, France's highest distinction.
