Connie Green is on the forefront of the foraging movement, and she sells her gathered goods to restaurants like French Laundry and Greens. Connie Green has been foraging foods for 30 years. She owns Wine Forest, and her clients include Thomas Keller, Daniel Patterson, Nancy Oaks, Charles Phan,
Bradley Ogden, and others. Sarah Patterson Scott is a chef and culinary consultant who served as executive chef for Robert Mondavi Winery for 13 years. The ticket price includes the meal, wine, coffee, tax, tip & a signed copy of the author’s book.
