Il Caso Kodra is Renato Olivieris’ first crime novel in an important series. Against the backdrop of a cold and dark Milan winter, the quirky Vice Commissario Giulio Ambrosio delves into the death of Anna Kodra, an Istrian refugee to Italy. As he solves this crime, the theme of refugees after World War II, is explored, tying this phenomena once again to the events of today.
