How do I access the Conversations with Authors page?
You can reach it by clicking on any of the events on our homepage, or by clicking here.
I can't get online/My password isn't working/I can't reset my password
If you're having trouble logging on, you can reset your password from the login page. If you don't receive the password reset email, please check your spam folder as well. If you're still not receiving the password reset email, please send an email to passwordreset@extendedsession.com. When you do, your name will be deleted from the database and you can re-register.
How do I access the archives?
All of the recorded sessions are available here.
I am no longer receiving emails about Conversations with Authors. Can you add me to the list again?
If you are no longer receiving the emails, please contact bookpassage@extendedsession.com and they can re-add you to the list.
How do I order the books?
You can order any of the books through our site, or through the links provided on the Conversations with Authors page. Books are available either to be shipped or for in-store pick-up. If you do place an order for pick-up, we will contact you when your order is available. To see an archive of all author books as well as their recommended titles, please click here.
