Ed Baxter - Waiting at Red Lights

What do you do while waiting at a red light? Your mind wanders and you think of sometimes funny, sometimes serious, sometimes quirky stuff. You watch the world go on around you. Waiting at Red Lights ($14.95) by Ed Baxter is just that. Thoughts that pop into and fly out of your mind so quickly you have to record them.

Ed is a member of the Bay Area Radio Hall of Fame, spent over three decades at broadcast icon KGO in San Francisco. He substituted for Paul Harvey on the country’s number one radio broadcast through much of the nineties. Along the way he picked up more than 50 journalism awards including the Edward R. Murrow award for “Best Newscast”. So most of his friends and advisors told him to write a book recounting his experiences. Ed chose these reflections instead.
