At 17, Nigella Lawson decided she wanted to be Italian. This sentimental journey into Italian cuisine will inspire home chefs. Nigellissima combines rich Italian culinary tradition with 120 recipes with the distinct twists and insights that she learned when she lived in Italy as a young girl. She is the author of eight cookbooks including Nigella Kitchen, Nigella Fresh, and Nigella Bites. She is a TV host on the Food Network, and in 2013, she’s launching a new series with Anthony Boudain, Ludo Lefebvre and Brain Malarkey. The menu will be paired with the wonderful wines from Trione Winery.
