Carol Sheldon - Driven to Rage

Following up her recent historical fiction novel Mother Lode, Carol Sheldon returns with Driven to Rage ($14.95). Set in early 1900s Michigan, the story focuses on a labor struggle between copper miners and mine owners that couldn't care less about the lives or safety of their employees.  The story follows a family divided by the issue and contains love, betrayal, and murder.  

Carol Sheldon’s novel Mother Lode recently won the Bay Area Independent Publishers’ Association award for Best Fiction. The highlights of her writing career have been for the stage: Sheldon's plays have won awards, while Sandcastles and Lifelines were both chosen for professional productions on the east coast. Sheldon teaches writing in Marin, California, where she lives.
