Monday, May 11, 2015 - 6:30pm

T.A. Barron will join us at Book Passage to talk about his two brand new books, Atlantis in Peril and The Wisdom of Merlin

ATLANTIS IN PERIL
The action-packed second installment in the Atlantis trilogy by New York Times bestselling author, T.A. Barron.  The Island of Atlantis is suddenly at risk, and so is Promi and Atlanta's friendship. Despite the ban against immortals traveling to Earth, Promi continues to risk everything to visit his friend Atlanta. But what he doesn't understand is that the veil between worlds becomes thinner each time he does this, weakening the barrier that protects mortals from the sprit realm. In the meantime, a ship of Greek sailors lands on the island, and Promi's sister fortells of dire consequences if any of the sailors survive. But Promi and Atlanta can't stand by and watch them die, so they help the sailors. But this action, though well-intentioned, may just lead to Atlantis's eventual demise.

THE WISDOM OF MERLIN: 7 MAGICAL WORDS FOR A MEANINGFUL LIFE
A book of advice from Merlin, the greatest wizard of all time, perfect for graduates.  Based on a commencement speech he gave to students at Oxford in 2013, T.A. Barron channels the wizard Merlin and offers advice on how to live a meaningful life. Divided into sections, each revolving around a magical word, this book poetically discusses the concepts of Gratitude, Courage, Knowledge, Belief, Wonder, Generosity, Hope, and Love. A gem of inspiration, here is the perfect graduation gift or companion to the bestselling Lost Years of Merlin saga, sure to encourage readers of all ages to live life to the fullest.

T.A. Barron has created a video about Merlin's advice, which he posted on youtube and has more than 28,000 views (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEmGIp5VWA0).
