About the Author


HOWARD FIGLER, PHD, has been a nationally known speaker, author, and seminar leader for the past 30 years. He is the author of seven books, including The Complete Job-Search Handbook, and was formerly the career center director at the University of Texas at Austin and director of counseling at Dickinson College. He lives in Sacramento, California.

Bolles holds a master's degree in New Testament studies. Mr. Bolles's background includes service as canon pastor of Grace Cathedral, San Francisco; national staff member of United Ministries in Higher Education; director, National Career Development Project; and author, consultant, and speaker.
