About the Author
Rob Preece is a contemplative psychotherapist and a long-time practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism. A former faculty member of Sharpham College, he leads meditation retreats and workshops that compare Jungian and Buddhist views of psychology. He is the author of several previous books, including The Wisdom of Imperfection and The Courage to Heal.
