About the Author
Linda Maron is a photographer, documentary filmmaker, writer, and artist who loves making pictures. She is inspired by the natural beauty that surrounds her home in Santa Barbara, Calif. In her new designs, Linda begins with photography but takes it beyond ordinary representation to create a unique blend of texture with composition. Her distinctive designs decorate a wide range of products, from stationery to gifts and home furnishings. Peter Stein has been an award-winning writer for the social expression industry for over 15 years. He has worked for Hallmark Cards and Portal Publications, creating greeting cards and gift products for millions of people. He lives in northern California with his wife and two children.
Bob Staake has written and/or illustrated more than sixty books, including The Red Lemon, a New York TimesBook Review Best Illustrated Children's Book of the Year. He has been a cover artist for The New Yorker since 2006, and his November 17, 2008, Barack Obama victory cover was named the Best Magazine Cover of the Year by Time magazine.
