About the Author

Michelle Harrison, M.D. (, is a leading authority on women's health and PMS. She developed one of the first programs devoted to treatment of PMS. As a family physician and psychiatrist, she has consulted and lectured internationally on women's health and other related health-policy issues. Dr. Harrison is also the author of A Woman in Residence and The Preteen's First Book About Love, Sex, and AIDS.
